I had Lincare for a very long time and I was impressed. The driver was wonderful! The driver would call and let me know what time he would bring my oxygen, if I couldn’t be here at that time, he would change the time to accommodate me. The office was also personal and professional. It’s been a pleasure working with Lincare.
Nothing but issues with the company and good luck getting ahold of anyone on phone. Billing issues, account issues, equipment issues. Avoid at all cost!
Awesomeness, is the best description for this team in Lincare Temecula Office. Melanie and Paulina went out of their way to find a solution to my rare form of Central Sleep Apnea. We tried a multiplicity of masks and settings to finally get to almost a perfect score in my sleep app. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone who needs dedicated individuals who need that extra care, You will be in good hands!
Communication is a nightmare. I called the Orange office on Saturday when having an emergency and needed more oxygen sent to my grandmother. I was told that it wouldnt be an issue but contact the Redlands office. Contacted the Redlands office and the young man told me I was out of luck and he couldn't contact the driver on duty? Why are they on duty then? Why didnt the first call tell me this, and told me to call you?
