Chris is awesome and the young lady who took time to help me reorder my face mask for my cpap machine. The call center needs some work they like to hang up the phone on you this happened twice on a recorded line for training services. I rather go into lincare then deal with the customer service calling in line. Again thank you to the lady who helped me after I called back from being hung up on.
Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. Their billing department has run me in circles. I have spent hours on the phone between their billing department and my insurance to get everything straightened out. Their billing department was constantly transferring me around, giving me false information, telling me they can't provide proof that my insurance company was paying (hint: they were not bc they were not even receiving bills despite Lincare having the information) and then not updating their system to refl... read more

Never went there but had to pick a star!
I went to pickup a Cpap machine,never used one before. Trying to find the office was not easy all. A sign on Highland would be most helpful. Now, I did have an appointment , which I was on timefor. I was taken immediately, very nice, now the gentleman who the appointment was with was nice but.... he asked me if I had ever used a machine before I said no, he proceeded to explain the machine so so fast I said,"Stop, let's say I am really stupid and you need to slow it down".
