I went to pickup a Cpap machine,never used one before. Trying to find the office was not easy all. A sign on Highland would be most helpful. Now, I did have an appointment , which I was on timefor. I was taken immediately, very nice, now the gentleman who the appointment was with was nice but.... he asked me if I had ever used a machine before I said no, he proceeded to explain the machine so so fast I said,"Stop, let's say I am really stupid and you need to slow it down". Best company to have for oxygen. Tina was great she helped me with issues with my portable oxygen concentrator. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I Would recommend this company to anyone.

They'll harass you over very small amounts owed. Less than $30. Started receiving phone calls several times a day. My mother has dementia and can't keep up with remembering things. I'm not even sure what the amount was for. She used a CPAP machine for 15 minutes the first night she got it and returned it immediately. Use another company if you can. This company is low class and obviously has issues from all the bad reviews on Yelp.

This is my second review for Lin Care in the Bethlehem office. The a driver Danny is always polite and courteous,there is never a issue. All of the ladies that answer the phones Sue, Jeffery there all great. Thank you all HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF Linacre FOR A FEW YEARS , they HAVE DELIVERED MANY AIR TANKS , OXIGIN GENERATORS ETC last WEEK 02// I HAD TO GO TO THE hospital AND I WAS OUT ON AIR TANKS . Worst customer service ever. Wanted to get replacement supplies and they said they would contact someone who would contact someone to update me on order status and could not communicate via e mail.
