While I was very happy with setting up this account for my Mom and continued deliveries, I found it very difficult when it came time for me to cancel when she passed away. I called 4x for Lincare to cancel AND, more importantly, for them to stop billing my credit card. No one, especially when grieving, should have to make 4 phone calls before someone in the company knows how to do that. And, to be honest, the last phone call was only last week so, I'm not even sure if it was done correctly.

I am a long time customer of Lincare Oxygen I had a delivery to day by Jamie . Jamie is great ha can answer all of my questions and always has an extra tank for me. Thank you Jamie

Lincare pays attention to the customer. If I call with a question or to order supplies, the people there are professional, friendly, and go the extra mile to get you what you need.

WORST PLACE EVER, WOULD GIVE LINCARE A -0 IF I COULD. HOSPITAL BED WAS WRONG BED DELIVERED, REFUSED TO STAND GOOD FOR IT. NO ORTHOPEDIC MATTRESS, SPRINGS COMING THROUGH MATTRESS THEY GAVE ME! MATTRESS WAS MOLDY SMELLING! PEOPLE JUST AS NASTY AS THE PRODUCT THEY PUSHING. INCLUDING PICTURES OF MATTRESS IF IT WOULD LET ME!
