This company doesn’t deserve any stars, The main office does not answer the phone and the lady that is in charge of choosing the Rn’s and Lpn’s does not do her job properly and the staff that they send come to sleep, come late, and when we report them to the office they don’t believe us and say that we are just complaining about the nurses. I would consider another home care company.
This company was found by our case worker for our son health needs . At the beginning things were going smoothly. Until they started having staff sleeping on the job, staff not showing up at all, no communication between nurses and scheduling staff, and just being irresponsible with their duties. I was already looking for another agency because I was pregnant with my third child and I needed all the help I could get to take care of my other child.
