My obgyn for 30 years did not accept my insurance and I went to Dr Vikner without hesitation I know her work and if you are changing or just beginning a new obgyn she the one!!
Dr Vikner has always been a thorough and knowledgeable professional. I have relied on her and trusted her for many years. Today she addressed a medical issue that I had concerns about and called in a consultation with another physician. I so appreciated her going out of her way to pursue this!
Dr Vikner is a godsend! When I first came to her, I had never been to a gyno and I was in the process of going through a miscarriage. She was great through it all and has now delivered my first baby with another one on the way. I love her so much my mom now goes to her as well. I switched over to Dr. Vikner after I had a horrible experience with my former OBGYN in 2016. She had delivered all of my extended family's babies. When I finally conceived after 2 years of trying, I had a normal pregnancy until I didn't. I had early onset preeclampsia at 25 weeks and was admitted to Valley Hospital. When MFM wanted to deliver my son at 25 weeks, Dr. Vikner advocated to keep me in the hospital to monitor. I was able to get two rounds of emergency steroids and a magnesium drip. She is extra cautious, thorough, and acts swiftly. This may appear brash to some, but when you need her to sit down and weigh options and emotions she absolutely will.
Rude Dr, think she rules the world. Why would she be a Dr if she doesn't have patience with the patients!!!! Horrible, awful.
Since Dr Vikner delivered my first child I have never resumed proper bathroom habits. She broke my water, put me into labor too early and gave me an episiotomy while I had a 4th degree tear. My stitches broke a day later and she NEVER sent me to a surgeon to repair. I’ve had to have 3 subsequent surgeries to try to repair the area and it’s only 60% functional. She is an incompetent witch with no bedside manner. She also FAT shamed me my entire pregnancy and told me I’d never lose weight. She’s awful!!!
