I cannot recommend Lin highly enough! They managed to find a new tenant for my property within just one week. Beyond the speed, they handled the entire transition seamlessly—from the previous tenant's move-out and inspection to the new tenant's move-in inspection. Lin is incredibly responsible, patient, and knowledgeable about the market. It took all the stress off my plate. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!
