I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Barbara Lin. I went in urgently for a filling that had fallen out, and while I was relieved to get an appointment quickly, I now realize that was a red flag. The front desk staff didn’t greet me or make me feel welcome upon arrival, which already set a negative tone. Dr. Lin numbed me with an injection before even examining the tooth or taking any images. This was my first visit with Dr. Barbara Lin. First of all, when she introduced herself, she was not friendly. She was very impersonal and unprofessional. As a new patient, all dentists should display friendly communication by making their clients feel welcome, share their background expierience with their patients so the patients can feel that the dentist is competent and professional. Dr. Lin is truly exceptional! Her unwavering professionalism and remarkable expertise make her an outstanding dentist. Beyond her professional abilities, she is an incredibly compassionate and remarkable human being to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone I know, as she undoubtedly stands as the epitome of excellence in her field. Never a dull moment when I leave her office with sparkling pearly whites 😁

Dr. Lin was fantastic. Saw me right away, explained everything, and put me very much at ease with the whole process. Procedure was quick, very happy to have found this dentist.
