This was my first visit with Dr. Barbara Lin. First of all, when she introduced herself, she was not friendly. She was very impersonal and unprofessional. As a new patient, all dentists should display friendly communication by making their clients feel welcome, share their background expierience with their patients so the patients can feel that the dentist is competent and professional. Beyond her professional abilities, she is an incredibly compassionate and remarkable human being to talk to. Dr. Lin was fantastic. Saw me right away, explained everything, and put me very much at ease with the whole process. Procedure was quick, very happy to have found this dentist.
May 3, 2022 - I was nervous about my visit because I needed three fillings and Dr Lin did nothing to make me feel comfortable. Unforrunately because she was running behind in time, she only did two fillings. During the procedure my tooth was hurting and all she said was that she didn't know why. I was litterally scared and in pain, my hands were clutched tight and my lips were quivering. It was a bad experience for me and I will never go back to her.
