I am changing my review from a five star review to a one star review just because I don’t think that they work very hard to take care of their customers. This is not a customer base company. I have not once got a reminder text or email about my appointment I have not once Received a call back about my blood results. I always have to call them to get them. I choose to go in and get blood test to see where my testosterone levels and everything were at. The staff they are great! Everybody is kind and they were happy to talk about everything the offered. I am now 1 month in on treatments and I’m feeling grave. Thanks!
