Reposted old review and would like to update. I've been there with my husband multiple times. Tim Miller, Tad Casper, and Jackie Hinzman are so very knowledgeable as Medical Providers. They create a great team atmosphere and are so caring. What a great group they are from front desk to all medical staff, and office manager. Well done everyone.
Where to start.. there is a lack of communication between departmental staff, use vague non .medical terms, ignore giving out information on costs and insurance coverage, use a "used car salesman" at the end to seal the deal. I went in and stated what product line I was interested in. I was told my medical staff that reception staff would provide me that information when I leave. Had my blood drawn to see my levels. Super unethical, billing practices I personally was overcharged $875 to my FSA account that insurance had covered. Find another company that offers the service as they are very unreliable aExtremely unethical billing practices Not only do they bill your insurance, but they also charge you the full service fee in addition to the insurance payment. I feel like this is a scam. At one point during the visit, they were telling me different things I can do to lower my testosterone levels so that insurance would cover everything. I feel like this is dishonest and could probably be classified as insurance fraud.
