This was my second time working with Louise. She had helped me and my now deceased husband purchase our home in Kyle Texas. I found myself struggling financially to keep up with things after he died. Louise was wonderful to work with. She knows the Austin area and the home-buying process very well. I felt like she really had our back during negotiations. She was a really big help when a big hailstorm damaged the roof the night before closing. She helped us get through that chaos, too!
