Ethan and Kate are amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to get us exactly what we needed.
I have been wearing 2 Limbo necklaces for 10 years now. I always get compliments on them! I never take them off and they still look brand new. The chain occasionally breaks but they repair it for a minimal cost. I went recently to have a chain replaced and help with a knot in the chain in the other necklace and they fixed it on the spot! EXCELLENT customer service!
Fell in love with Limbo jewelry years ago during a visit to Austin. Love their online store, and appreciate it when they travel to craft fairs in Chicago. You can see for yourself that they have beautiful pieces with clean lines, and I have to add that their customer service is top notch. When I’ve broken a necklace chain across the country they’ve offered repairs or replacement parts speedily. Thanks, Limbo!
