Received several messages from this place claiming we had an appointment, when my fiancé & I have never even been there. Called to try and straighten things out and “Emily” at the front desk was beyond rude & made sure to let us know there was “nothing they could do, someone must have just used a wrong # and it’s our problem.” ?? Dr Khan is absolutely the best. Very compassionate, friendly and understanding. He takes the time to listen and answers questions and gives the best care. He is by far the best Doctor/Surgeon I have ever had. Definitely recommend him for anyone who has urology issues.
On March 4th, 2020 I went to this place with my father for an appointment. We arrived early at the appointment, I was told to sign in. After I signed in the receptionist who took the board, I asked do I wait here or what, she answered my question with "if you want to stand there" and a smirk on her face. This was our first time in this office, I should mention. We proceeded to wait for 45 minutes with a single word from anyone.
