My truck started signs of a brake issue so left my vehicle with them on a Monday without prior appt. I knew that appts are preferred but this was an unexpected issue and since we were going to Lima for medical appt., just decided to take it and leave it, knowing it needed to be checked/repaired. As fate would have it, they were able to work it in their schedule and got it done the same day! Monday's don't always go smoothly but regardless, they stepped up got it done the same day.
