Th waitress was very rude! She was asking us what we wanted and my niece didn't know yet so she told someone else to start. The waitress then said someone order or I will order for you. Also they cut up cake that was brought because we were there to celebrate my nephew making his first holy communion. My aunt ask if she could have a piece of vanilla cake the waitress said you can switch your own plates because if I do it I would be here all night. Worse place ever. Lillys used to be amazing. I was proud to take friends there when they came into town for a visit. Recently Lillys has been going downhill! I ordered fish and chips. It sounded great; red snapper. The fish was clearly overcooked and rubbery. I tried to eat it but I wasn't able to chew it. When I told the waitress instead of taking it back she offered me 15% off my bill. I paid my bill and left hungry. That was the last time I go to Lilly.
They couldn't get it right even after sending my foodback twice. 3 of us got the same thing and mine was undercooked. The server (with an attitude) offered to get me something else but after waiting over an hour for our dinner, did I really want to wait any longer and risk more sub par food and service? Absolutely not! Their food and lack of good customer service is to blame for the restaurant not doing well, not the economy! Elegance and style simply does not say enough. Every aspect of this venue states quality. We absolutely love it.
Delicious food in a warm and classy 1940's style restaurant and owned by the nicest family in the whole world! I recommend it to anyone! It's a treasure of a restaurant in quaint little downtown Ephrata with a beautiful view of it from the windows! I absolutely love it! Great burgers!
Beautiful place clean .menu consistent flavorful service great never had a bad meal
Enjoyed the food very much! Both my husband and myself ordered the Butternut Squash Ravioli and loved it. The flavors together were delicious. We will definitely be back. Also enjoyed a movie after dinner downstairs in the theater. Great place!
