Not a value for money. Poor service
Im from Houston and this was for my birthday. Lily called me 30 minutes before my appointment to make sure I would arrive on time. Which I appreciate. Once I arrive everything began immediately. Everyone was so professional and kind. About my nail techs tho! I caught the namw of one Oli? I may have misspelled that. But OH MY GAWD they were AMAZING my feet and nails look amazing! Thank you all for making the beginning of my season spectacular ✨️
Went in for a manicure and pedicure. I got a gel manicure and charcoal pedicure which both were relaxing. I opted for more of a squared oval shape on my nails and they turned out wonderfully. Will be going back again in the future. Update 2026: Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure without an appointment. I wasn't able to find a way to book online, so I walked in. I’m giving 3 stars because it has been exactly one week—barely—since I got my manicure, and, surprise! The polish didn't even last the full week. By the third day, it was already chipping, and by the end of the week, the gel polish was peeling off my nails as if they were stickers. Furthermore, the nails weren't shaped the way I requested, so I had to reshape them a bit myself at home. The customer service is good—though I wouldn't call it excellent. My regular nail lady couldn’t see me, so I stopped in. I had the misfortune of being seated with the lady to the left. At first she was flat out saying she couldn’t do what I wanted done. I’m a nail tech, I know what is possible and what is not. I kept insisting and she finally agreed and wasn’t doing anything that I asked for., she started on my nails in a color that wasn’t anything we talked about.
