I came here to get my nails soak off and fresh set. As soon you walk in and on left side, she was the one that did my nails. She was very rushing me and cut me 4 times and didn’t even apologize which was so disrespectful. Then I told her to please take her time because she cut me and she still was rushing me even I told her that. I asked her to remove acrylic under my nails she was so rude… never will I ever come back here again. This is how they treat new customer service, because I was new customer.
In one occasion I came in for 3 pedicures and my friend was soaking in water while the two of us got pedicures and when someone was available since my friend was already soaking in water they had that person take care of someone else. They started my nails and glued on the tips and just left me like that until another person was available. I prefer honesty if I can get a service awesome and if not totally understandable. You absolutely must request Yanelis! She did an amazing job on shaping my nails, took her time and made sure there was nothing sticking afterwards. Ella habla español también!
My nails were too thin so they started breaking mid length the nail, after I paid a lot of money for cat eye polish and designs. Should’ve stayed where I knew I would get what I wanted. I will not go back.
