I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated scheduling and customer service issues at Lily Nails in National City, California. I have been a customer of this business since I was in middle school, and I have also recommended their services to family and friends. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. They are so rude here they had told me to come in 30 minutes after I called them, and I did that and usually I go here sometimes but they were acting like they never seen me.
