I do not normally write reviews but I feel this is so bad that it is necessary. I am an established patient of Dr. Lily Phillips who was prescribed (HRT) during my first (and only) initial visit. She was very opinionated and was a self-professed "hormone nerd". I was relived to found a dr. that would actually listen. I am now at my critical 3-month milestone and am currently experiencing adverse clinical side effects from the medication. I am also out of prescription refills. Terrible Dr., terrible staff, 3 mo waiting period to see Dr. When I finally was able to see the Dr.she was confused as to who I was.Dr did not return my phone calls regarding medication. So I went without. See any Dr. but this one!
