Since Dr Han's practice moved to Cook's Children's, the experience has been terrible. Ease of scheduling urgent appointments is zero. After hours the nurse triage is of no use. Find another doctor.
Doctors are nice. Billing practice was HORRIBLE. They had my address wrong in the computer and I never received bill from them, then they turn the balance to a credit agency. Called them to leave message, never got call back. Called again and got hold of someone who told me they had the wrong address. When asked why they didn't just call? Her answer was "oh we have so many patients and we just don't have time... that's what the collection agency is for".
Dr Han is an excellent doctor. She has been our children's doctor for the past 20 years. We highly recommend Dr Han and her partners.
