How is this place still in business! Attitude sooo nasty was hung up on first call. I decided not to call back after seeing the reviews. Its true not good people
Completely unprofessional. They are almost impossible to get in contact with when you need them and when you finally do they act like you are inconveniencing them. I was trying to talk to Lillian herself about a lease renewal I signed and she couldn't find me, told me to wait until the next day and then hung up on me while I was trying to give her my information so I could be contacted back. I tried to call back and of course they wouldn't answer my call.
I partied a lot at one of these rentals and it was so gross and disgusting. Never could get anyone to answer the door bell or let me in. Tried to call "the folks" but never could get a hold of them. Very rude to my friend and cannot believe they are even allowed to throw parties. Never again will I go to their place. fsociety****
If there was a NO STAR option, I would have selected it. This company is terrible and unprofessional from Lillian all the way down. In dealing with Lillian Smith herself and her partner Kevin Boyles, never once was I respected, but instead their negligence cost thousands of dollars! They run a shady rental business full of lies, deceit, and disregard for CLEAN and HABITABLE living environments. A total disgrace to what should be a great rental experience.
