My family gifted me a bouquet recently and sadly a few of the flowers started to wilt three days later. Within twenty minutes of reporting my disappointment Lilies of the Alley delivered a second bouquet which is still thriving.
Little overpriced but they were able to put something together for us very quickly.
Ruby was so wonderful to work with! She was kind, thorough, and in no rush to help me with my floral needs. I was getting a bouquet for a memorial service and the way she listened and gave such kind words back made me just want to hug her! The world needs more people like her and I’ll definitely be sending people to this floral shop based on our experience together.
TOPNOTCH ALL THE WAY AROUND. I'm down state. I asked a friend who would they recommend for sending flowers local to Traverse City. They immediately suggested Lilies of the Alley. I told them how I was leary about ordering something that I wouldn't be able to see in person. They assured me that I couldn't go wrong with Lilies of the Valley. They were absolutely correct.
