I have gone to Edward s Medical group for about 2 years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. Dr Protaziuk, and assistant nuse Mary Williams, are very professional and caring.
I have been seeing Dr. Protaziuk for some years now and would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful doctor that knows her field and has professional bed-side manners. She's very easy to talk to (see really listens) and if she can't solve the situation she will always give you excellent referrals. Her nursing staff is excellent as well (especially Mary W.)
My father has always talked very highly of Dr. Lilia. He is very confident and trusts in her medical decisions based on his specific conditions and her doctor referrals to specialists are just as top notch.. Dr P is now my doctor for all of those reasons listed above and the bonus is, her nurse Mary Williams..
Dr. Lilia and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable as well as very friendly. I feel confident that they understand all my health concerns and help me make the right lifestyle decisions. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Lilia!
I start seeing Dr. Protaziuk about seven years ago. I will never need to find another. She and her nurse assistant Mary, are absolutely amazing! They both truly care about their patient's well being, and take the time to get to know the patient. I don't feel as though I am "next in line", or just a "number" when being cared for. I have recommended her and her staff to everyone I know, and will continue to do so.
I love Dr Protaziuk. She gets it. She listens. She cares. If my other Drs want figure it out I know she will. She has knowledge of holistic medicne. She or her nurses (gotta love Mary Williams!) squeeze me in or get back to me ASAP. I'm never hung out to dry over the weekend. I'm a patient for life!!
She is my 5th. Dr. since I moved out of Chicago,IL in 2002. When I me her at a Meet the Doc in Plainfield,I was very honest with her,told her I was a bit of a rebel,meaning don' t just up mgs. in Meds. Educate and help me make the right decisions.I like her attitude and smiling face when she walks into see you. We have made friends now and I trust her more and respect her for her honesty.
We cannot thank or praise Dr. Protaziuk enough for how well she has been taking care of us. She is not only very professional and extremely thorough, but, she is very perceptive, loving and caring. It seems she has a sixth sense when it comes to our welfare, even calling our home to see how we're doing, which is amazing to the people we tell. She, along with her nurses, Mary and Janeal are our angels on earth.
Dr. Lilia is the best! I have had terrible experiences with doctors and she makes me feel comfortable. She is sweet, funny, and of course professional. She listens and talks to me in a very caring way and even though she has thousands of patients, she seems to know exactly who I am. I don't ever feel like a number to her. I never want anyone else as my doctor, only her:)
