She is very knowledgeable, an excellent listener, and is compassionate. I feel confident I am getting the best care because of her experience and her expertise, and the way she takes my input into account so that we are working together. Her nurse, Mary Williams, is very skillful and caring.
Dr. Protaziuk saved my daughter's life! I took my fourteen year old daughter to Dr. Protaziuk for a simple new patient and sports physical exam. Dr. Protaziuk instantly discovered a significant heart defect that had gone undetected for 14 years by numerous pediatricians, an asthma doctor, and a neurologist. As a result of Dr. Protaziuk's diagnosis, my daughter had heart surgery to close her 28mm ASD and is doing awesome! Dr. Protaziuk also takes amazing care of me, my other daughter, and my mom.
I have been seeing Dr. Protaziuk since she first arrived at Edward in Plainfield. Not only is she an excellent doctor who takes the time to listen and get to know her patients, but she is a wonderful person, as well. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Protaziuk and would never consider changing doctors or health systems.
Dr. Protaziuk and Mary, her nurse, are a great team. They both listen and explain things very clearly, I never leave with questions. They are also great with my daughter, she will be 4 next month. Even if an appointment is for me, they connect with my daughter too - they really care, that means a lot to me.
Dr. Protaziuk and her Nurse Mary have always gone above and beyond for myself and my daughter, both patients. They have both made me feel comfortable during some difficult times in my life, and I know that my health and well being is their main concern. Both Mary and Dr. Protaziuk are extremely good at what they do and very personable. We are moving out of state and our family will miss them terribly. That you for providing such excellent care and being such wonderful people!
Dr. Protaziuk takes the time to answer questions, helps with overall healthy living plans and works with the patient in a caring manner. We are a family of six and she is always very patient and helpful.
