He is the best doctor I have seen. Very thorough, patient, and caring. Always listens and is very eager to help. My whole family sees him.
Easy to talk to explaining everything to me so I could understand also listen to all I had to say.
I have tried every method known for pain relief except for surgery, however, the damaged lumbar discs in my spine are not accessible for a surgical procedure. My one option is pain medication, for which I have a high tolerance. Luckily I have no addictive tendencies. The only medication that works for my pain is Methadone. Dr. Gruft has prescribed the proper amount of Methadone to give me the most relief possible.
Dr. Gruft is one of many doctors who finally got it in prescribing the proper pain medication to give me relief so that I may move around during the day and sleep at night. I must sleep on my back and that is where all of my pain comes from. I have Degenerative Disc Disease, Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, Facet Arthropathy, Lumbosacral Neuritis, and Avascular Necrosis (Osteonecrosis). Thanks to the medication (I have tried everything, but Methadone is the only one that works.
Dr. Gruft is very compassionate and provided me with with relief that I have been looking for a long time.
