I've been looking for a new pediatrician for my oldest since 2021. Had my second in 2023 and Dr Bonnie was assigned to us. Thankfully we connected and I see her for every concern I have. She is knowledgable and is the best doctor I've ever met. She does a great job with my kids and assures me of any worries I have.
I saw Dr. Ortega forA follow up to an ER visit. I had a broken nose. I am on Medicare now and he said it was all Cosmetic and would not be covered. I went for a second opinion and had surgery within a week and it was covered. Dr. Ortega never did an endoscopy or really looked in my nose. It was so severely broken I had to have two surgeries. Guess he didn’t want to be bothered with what Medicare was going to pay.
My experience has been amazing and beyond words. Her surgery changed my life and I am forever grateful. Her before during and after attempt to talk with you, give you confidence and Care stood out along with the actual results. I went from a 42H down to 38C. I of course was able to exercise and get some weight down that helped bring my size from a size 16 down to a size 12.
