I hadn't gotten my hair done for years before I decided to last Friday the thirteenth at Lili's salon. It was kinda crowded given that it was the day before valentine's day, but I was able to walk in with barely a wait. I got the wash/set/blowout and a trim. Nikki was great with washing and conditioning my hair and gave me some much needed pointers about my hair and products that might be good for it. The owner added a chemical to my long hair that has completely damaged it. It is now breaking off and has lost its curl pattern. My hair is thinning and now straight and choppy looking. I did not give permission for this chemical to be added. I should have known when my hair started smelling like bacon and itching.
