I was just called for a confirmation of an upcoming appointment for my son. Upon confirming it, i was told i would be charged a $25 missed appointment fee for appointments that were missed back in 2013 and 2015. Not to mention that we have been to them SEVERAL TIMES since those dates and it has never been mentioned. I politely told the lady that i would not be paying any 4 year old fee that just all of a sudden came up and that they can cancel all future appointments as we will no longer be coming there.

My 20 month old had his 1st visit to the dentist today and it was great! They were so patient with both him and myself! So happy we chose Liles as our pediatric dentist!
I have been using Liles since my oldest daughter was 2 she is now 6. They are all so friendly as we'll as Dr. Liles he always seems to know who we are and that's some that I appreciate. We aren't just another pt on his list and a way to make money. He is very personable.
