I came in for a fill and to replace two broken nails last week. This is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. The two new nails were put on at a different angle, and look different than the rest of my nails. I pointed out one nail in particular that was noticeably different, and was agreed with. More powder was added, nothing changed, and I was told it was all better. The polish is lumpy and uneven, and customers who came in after me were finished significantly before I was. I called the salon several hours before my appointment to confirm they had availability for myself and a friend. They assured us they had space and booked us in. However, upon arrival, the salon was already full and extremely busy, and we were left waiting — which I didn’t mind initially. Once my service began, it was clear they were in a rush. I have been coming here for the last 6 months or so. At first I was happy with the work and efficiency. Since continuing to come back they have been increasingly impatient , when I come back with lifting they often don’t even want to fix it. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the greeting was loud and unprofessional, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.
