Improper removal of nails. Sliding an acrylic nail under a nail to pry it off is a damaging and can lead to micro tears and other long lasting damage to nail beds. This happened to me. I won’t return based on this experience.

I've had to switch after coming here faithfully for almost a year! At first the nails were great but then I was experienced very minor lifting on some nails. When even the smallest lift was present, the nail techs would force a tip under the acrylic and pull them off. This caused layers of nail being pulled off with the acrylic as they were pulled off. amazing experience, i've tried most of the nails places in the city and this was by far the best experience and the prices are phenomenal. no hidden fees. best pedicure i've had!

Have gone here a few times. Each time with my girls. Will never return. They both have ingrown nails, from the way they cut nails… always rushed, unorganized and the pedicures treatments are different every time. We will not be back. Go elsewhere and learn how to do pedicures properly.
