Went for my birthday, and we ordered the beef tongue on steamed bun, it was excellent, it was so tender and the flavor was excellent. Also ordered the slab of beef ribs with kimchi glaze, another excellent choice. Big order, glad I shared this. My friends ordered the grilled short rib with bone marrow escargot & scallops with pork belly. They were excellent as well. Perfect sized portions. The desserts are very good as well.
