Bought the Zulu 3 and the ear seals have busted out in 15 months with less than 100 hours of flying. I should’ve gone with Bose instead of saving s couple hundred bucks. I guess you get what you pay for.
Sent my Sierra in for service for short time ago, the folks at lightspeed aviation took care of my headset, upgraded it, and fixed the issues as well as tuning in the microphone for me. Above and beyond, I absolutely love my Lightspeed Sierra. Thanks again!
Never had a problem - they are friendly and great to deal with when I had repairs done to a used set I purchased on ebay (swapped plug for dual ga) - I have 3 pairs - all great.
I have flown about 50 hours with my new Zulu 3s! Couldn't be happier. Best cord on the market!
Traded up from the thirty 3g ANR lightspeed (which I used commercially for 10yrs), to to Zulu3. I had excellent service with my old headset, so it was a no brainer to choose another Lightspeed product. Can't wait to try them out!
I have the original Zulu bought second hand and so far they've been great! LighSpeed replaced the cable for me and inspected and I'm super impressed with the headset! Stuck away from school until I can come up with more funds, but at least I know I have a headset that I'll use for several years! Thanks so much for sending them back so promptly!
