All I've used since the 90's. Never had an issue, always a reliable and comfortable headset

Very disappointed that the ear seals and head pads don’t even last a year. Very poor manufacturing quality at a high price.

I love the customer support and the headsets. I own both a Zulu2 and Sierra and they work great and are very comfortable.

Lightspeed USED to offer great product and super service. I have a ZULU 2 that spent more times at Lightspeed being fixed than in the air flying. Seems like there is a recurrent problem and they won’t take care of it unless I send money to ‘’fix it’’ again. I started complaining as soon as I tried it the very first time and I sent it back many times, always paying for freight... The problem reappears soon after. I have had many Lightspeed products over the years from XL’s series starting back in the late 90’s and what used t... read more

They do make good headsets, however when warranty repairs required they can’t fix it within their own deadline, they can’t ship parts from the factory to their repairs outlet, they can’t give you a timeframe, and when you ask they simply ignore you. Never have I dealt with such a company who don’t have a clue what customer service is. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this scam

I got to fly for the very first time in March 2018 and wore the Zulu 3 and Sierra headsets during my trip. Both were wonderful! The Zulu 3 was super comfortable, easy to use and I can't wait to take flight with this headset again!!

Zulu 3s U174 with STRAIGHT CORD - I own 4 Zulu 2s with curly cords and when I needed a new headset I was disappointed to find out the curly cord for helicopters is no more. It has been replaced by the straight Kelvar protected cord. I reluctantly ordered one and considered how to deal with the excess straight cord I had experienced with airplane adapter headsets. However I was extremely surprised and pleased by the fact that the straight cord does NOT get in the way and is not excessively long. Kudos once agin to Lightspeed ... read more
