Update: Since my original review the customer service team has reached out to me with a resolution. They were quick to respond and friendly with their communication. This particular product apparently isn't designed to be kept on throughout the day. It's made for occasional event use which may be the cause of it's early death. I appreciate their attention to helping create a positive resolution and customer experience. I would be open to ordering from this company again in the future.

Purchased LED dimmable globe lights last summer from Light for All Occasions. Impressed with the quality of the product after owning for a year, weathering a wet NW winter. Great addition to outside patio, the LED lighting has a warm incandescent glow, not the bright blue as you could imagine. Recently purchased an additional string to connect, had a couple of questions contacted customer service to match the product purchased last summer. The items that I ordered were not at all what came to me. They were 1/3 the size. After immediately sending them back and spending a fortune to do so, I spent days trying to get a response on whether they even received my package back. Finally, after providing them with tracking, they discovered that my items had been signed for days prior and had been sitting there. They would not refund me the amount of money I spent to get the items out to me in the first place in light of them being the incorrect size. Horrible customer ... read more

So disappointed in my LED fairy lights, 10ft, 30 cool LED's. I have only had them since end of March and shortly after I turn them on the dim to nothing! What a waste of $24.

Ordered some fairy and moon lights from here. When the occasion arises, I will order again. Service was helpful with my questions and product working well at a good price.

I ordered a good many lights from here no complications whatsoever I'll be ordering from here again as soon they get fall and Thanksgiving lights

This was the first and last time I will order from this company. I ordered a Christmas gift, only to get a call a week later saying the item wasn't in stock. They left me a message and said I had to call them back if I wanted my money back?! Shouldn't that be automatic? Needless to say, that was over a week ago, and I still have a charge from this company for an item that wasn't in stock. They have not returned my money despite the two times I have contacted customer service.
