I have been trying to contact to find out about something missing in my order and get phone is no longer in service and nobody responds to an email
Not able to contact to make a return. Phone # not working, emails coming back undeliverable and chat feature not working. Even messaged on facebook w no response
Too many emails takes advantage of the privelage of communication. What dysfunctional thinking leads you to believe anyone wants daily or biweekly emails from you? Get real stop the abuse and do some good in the world, in the near future this sort of behavior will be recognized as poor marketing. All you have done is damaged your reputation created distrust for your business and alienated a past customer.

i ahve been trying to place a order for a week now. The item i want they say is in stock, i have emailed 15 times, got their phone no answer. the item that i want says its in stock and there is no cart????
I had to order inserts for my candelabras. They came perfect in amazing condition and they package them so well!!!. I was nervous so many one would of broke in shipment. But to my surprise everyone was perfectly intact. Very happy cant wait to keep ordering.
After reading some bad reviews online, I was nervous to order from this site. I ordered 8 lanterns for my upcoming wedding and 2 arrived with broken glass panels. However, I emailed customer service and they immediately sent out two replacement ones. As long as you have time in case things like this happen, this is a great site to order from! I am definitely satisfied with the product and the immediate help I received from their customer service team!
Great mix of every light you could ever need, got my halloween lights, and pink battery operated lights I needed for business holiday displays! Oh and fiber optic hair clips for halloween too, yes please! :)
Ordered a beautiful wire basket with 2 jars and a wire jar with glass vase. I absolutely love both. They were perfect size for the shelf we bought and really stands out.
