I booked an appointment online for a Friday morning 9am appointment. The website asked for a credit card to secure appointment. I traveled over 30 minutes for the appointment and paid for parking only to find no one at the salon. After 20 min of waiting I left. Louie called me back one hour later. Never apologized and instead hung up on me. Unfortunate that a Black salon would have such poor customer service.

Got the keratin treatment on 2nd visit. I'm on day 3 with the keratin and I'm in love. The drifting snow got on my hair (enough to be upset about) and my hair never frizzed or puffed out. I'm amazed at how soon it took effect. I love it and I highly recommend it as well as the shop itself.

LCA was wonderful from the greeting when I walked in, to the time I got in Rachel chair. She asked me about my hair goals and gave me quality advice(not in a selling type way). Now my hair is soft,bouncy, and shiny. I would definitely recommend her shop to others. I will definitely be back! Thanks Lights Camera Action!!!
