The ladies who assisted me were great. Kim always goes over the information I submitted and the documents I signed and the questionnaires. She asks what I’m looking for during my visit and she always guides me on what she recommends. But she provides choices and guidance. This is my second visit and I appreciate LightRx. Thank you.
I was charged for an annual membership but when I tried to call to cancel and get a refund, no one 'could' help me. I called the local number but no real person answers. There is a virtual assistant, but it is not helpful at all. I have left 5 messages with no response. I stopped into the center and the woman at the desk told me she couldn't help me because I needed to talk to the office team, but when I looked online, she is the director. There is no good phone number to call and talk to a person.
We bought them off groupon but the pictures looked different the device they put on us. So I asked the woman why, and she stated they should have advised us of this during our consultation but the 8 visit package we got is for like bloating and water weight not the stubborn fat that we were hoping for I guess it's called bliss? The woman we had was nice, but very timid and didn't seem knowledgeable on products.
