Light house is the worse experience i ever had. Jeannine Londoño (agent) and Karen (broker) did not follow up and did not support me throughout the buying process. They didn’t fill out the documents correctly, they did not go with me to inspect the property, my agent never showed up to obtain the keys to my new house. All they care is about the money. I have issues with the house. They promised to help me resolve them but they don’t take my calls texts or emails. DO NOT recommend this office at all. They misrepresented me. P... read more
Karen Urrutia is awesome! She got me in escrow so fast and has been on it since we first talked. Will definitely recommend her to my friends and family that are looking to purchase a home.
I was in the market to sale my home. A friend recommended Lighthouse Realty. I am so thankful that I utilized Lighthouse Realty. Karen and her team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and prompt. They essentially held my hand the entire way; answered all of my questions, walked me through paperwork, and calmed my nerves. I will definitely use them again, if the occassion arises.
