I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Lighthouse Pediatrician. I left an hour early for my one-year-old daughter’s appointment, but because the office is located in a very high-traffic area, we ended up running slightly behind. As soon as my GPS showed we might be even a minute late, I called multiple times — no one answered. When someone finally did pick up, the receptionist told me there was a 10-minute grace period. I had a really great experience with Lighthouse Pediatrics today. I called for a same-day sick appointment for my son, and it was incredibly easy to get him scheduled right away, which I truly appreciated. The office itself is very clean and clearly well cared for. It’s kid-friendly while still feeling pristine and organized — something that always stands out to me as a parent. Our experience at Lighthouse Pediatrics has been absolutely incredible — beyond anything we could have imagined. Honestly, 10 out of 10 doesn’t even do it justice. From the support staff to the nurses, every single person makes you feel welcomed and cared for.
