Our food was excellent, portions are huge. Everything we ordered tasted home made and very fresh. There are not restaurants like this anymore. So much better than going to a chain restaurant. Ribs had so much meat on them. Had to take half home! My cheesy hash browns were the best I have ever had. The lobster bisque was incredible. You won't regret going here. I have seen comments about it taking a while to get your food. But it is clearly because they are actually cooking your food, and not microwaving already prepared food... read more

Our favorite dining establishment in Cedar Rapids by far.
We have been going to the lighthouse for over 25 years and have always had great service and the best ribs. No problems here would recommend other people to go there
Very disappointing, wilted salad, poor and slow service, walleye like was okay. Probably will not go again.
We've never had a bad meal at the Lighthouse!!! People are caring and friendly... Not like a chain restaurant... It is our go to restaurant!!!!!
