When we bought our condo 2 years ago we had an issue with the AC unit. Bob came over, he found that there was a small issue, fixed it and we signed up for yearly maintenance. He has saved us three times when the unit has gone down, twice coming over on the weekend and once when we had tenants. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and always being there when they are needed.
