First, I called 6 different companies and Lighthouse was the only one that got back to me and showed up within 24 hours. The work was impeccable. The crew was great, clean and quick. I experience minimal disruption to my household. The did a full replacement of my living room floor (sub-floor, joists, etc.) The price was the incredible! Not only would I highly recommend Lighthouse but I have asked them to do several other home projects for me. Unless they are unavailable, I will not us another company!!!
I susjest you set deadlines for each phase with penalties. what was to take 3 weeks toke seven.
