I highly recommend Lighthouse Chiropractic. Dr. Paul helped eliminate chronic neck and back pain. His recovery plan corrected the problem over time. Now, his maintenance plan keeps my spine healthy. Carol and Paul are super easy to work with and are great people!
Just want to thank Dr. Paul for getting me back to work so quickly! Felt a twinge in my back on a Monday. By Tuesday morning I couldn't hardly get out of bed, let a lone go to work. They were able to get me in within a couple hours of me calling. With a couple days of adjustments and drinking my prescribed gallon of water I felt much better and was able to go back to work. Thank you Paul, you're a true miracle worker.

Besides getting relief from pain, you also get explanations of how the pain may have developed and exercises to help prevent recurring injury. He takes time to explain the anatomy and how nerves and muscles interact.
