I could not stop myself from writing about this place. I am here for few days and will be going back to this cafe for every lunch and dinner. Today me and my wife had a Potato Salad and Pasta. No doubts it was the best Potatao Salad and Pasta I ever had. The best part is that everything is organic and vegetarian. They donot use any meat, fish or eggs. This is my favorite place to take people. It definitely worth the drive and the food is spectacular. Best offered in the roseburg area as far as I'm concerned.
I am so pleased to have Lighthouse available in my neighborhood. The staff are welcoming and patient. The menu is thoughtful and delicious. Atmosphere is calm and fun. Planning my next visit as I write this. Wanna go with me? UPDATE 12-24-2017: well, no takers on my invitation to the Lighthouse. I did not wait. I enjoy every meal, the service, the friendliness, warmth. Planning my next visit before the New Year.
