I work at Callahan Village Assisted Living as the Lifestyle Director. Part of my job is taking residents out on outings. We have come to Lighthouse several times for lunch and EVERY time we have a great time! The food is always delicious and just what we want and the staff is always very accommodating to our residents. Lighthouse Bakery also donates their delicious bread to our Toys for Tots benefit dinner and it is ALWAYS a hit! We absolutely love coming out here and will most definitely return!

The soup of the day was Pinto Bean and was very flavorful. The sandwich choices were unique and delicious. Our choices were Portobello Mushroom and The Power Sandwich (cheese, avocado and greens).
