Terrible terrible customer service not only are you waiting for a long time to get your tires changed which yeah every tire place is like that but these guys don’t even come up to you and tell you how long it’s gonna take. They don’t check you in nothing so how is first come first serve being tracked????? After waiting for about 30 mins i decided to go into the shop myself where i was met with the young buck with the “Etna supply co” shirt on. Once a space opened I was in and out. Busy place but for a good reason, excellent service. Thank you, I’ll be getting my oil changes here from now on.
