Absolutely incredible people & business! Couldn't recommend enough! Our family was on our way up north when our alternator died. A guy that was there named Adam towed us from the off ramp to their shop. Craig and Trenten worked so quickly on our truck and had us back on the road in no time. Totally impressed! 10/10 recommend this shop and people!! Lighthouse car care is the best!!
As an out of town guy on vacation needing a simple tire repair, the first thing I noticed was how unorganized they are and the disregard to customer service this place has. No front desk or service manager to direct you how business is conducted here was strange to me. Very happy with the service I got at Steve's auto & truck repair! Skip the hassle and just go there for your needs.
The staff was excellent in resolving my tire issues and went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
Went to get my winter tires off, everything was good until I was losing air on my way back from Grand Rapids. Had to stop on the busy road and put spare tire on, all while my infant is with me. They ruined both my winter and summer tires!
IF YOU KNOW YOUR CAR DONT GO HERE. they don’t know anything and would rather ruin your vehicle then have you drive safe. 1st things first, I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze with a TURBO. Which means I have to use full synthetic or a synthetic blend. I came here just to get a oil change done, next thing you know they already got me set up on the thing that lifts you up and they didn’t ask me questions or walked up to me.
