Take pictures before moving and upon moving out They will nickel and dime you for everything although the apartment wasn't in prime condition to begin with. The appliances are old and cheap and the bathtubs and sinks are old and hard to clean. You will be required to pay for them to take care of their old stuff. RUN AWAY NOW!!! Well let’s see, where do I begin? I guess my favorite part was when the neighbors commode overflowed (and gave us 1/4in of sewer water in the dining room & kitchen) and the apartment complex telling us it was potable water & then after the wonderful health inspector coming when I called and letting us know the maintenance man and manager lied to us about what kind of water it was. Comfort and Safety Close enough to the city but still quiet enough to be in the country. A 10 min Ride away will get you to the major city. Look outside across the street and there is a farm . We call Lighthouse home simply because its nice to be able to know if your children are outside to mingle, they are safe because of the apartments being outside a nice cozy neighborhood.
