I was swiftly admitted to this facility thats the only reason why they get one star. First, corners are cut when placing clients with a properly equipped personal therapist to meet their needs. Staff knew i was incredibly unstable yet still placed me with an AMFT (UNLICENSED ) TRAINEE. My therapist shared personal irrelevant information after saying "i probably shouldnt say this" - that was followed by his mentioning of someone/something that was deeply disturbing for me and left me in tears. I am a family member of someone in the facility. They have completely isolated me from their treatment. There was no updates and family sessions to ensure my family had stability afterwords. Used discrimination against me to not have family sessions with my family. I am very disappointed as it takes a village for someone to heal and have continued growth.
The staff at Moonbeam are so kind and compassionate! Kelsey and Melissa are incredibly patient. Very authentic group of people that are caring for clients!
