There are a wide range of issues here, but the worst is Mary Grace Casillo of the billing. completely wrong and unethical to harass mental health patients and try to trick them. Our out of pocket max was exceeded and she is now calling and shouting at me telling me that the monthly wasn’t met and other nonsense. Unreal.
