We signed up with LightBridge when my dad left the hospital. LightBridge offers both palliative and hospice care. It was an extremely difficult time for our family, but the staff helped us every step of the way. They provided and scheduled the delivery/pickup of medical equipment , supplies, and medications. So far, staffs are great but so cheap on vinyl exam gloves.. why are we limited to order only 2 boxes of exam gloves (150 gloves per box) when I use about 40 gloves a day… . They can’t be that expensive. In fact, it should save them shipping cost if they issue 4 boxes instead of 2 at a time.. grgrgr. Is it time to look for another hospice that’s not so CHEAP on consumables? WOW! It only costs around $9-10/box per Amazon.. Wonder how much MEDICARE pays this hospice/month?
I used Lightbridge for my mother for about 6 months until she graduated off of it. They did a very good job.
If I could give a zero star would be my preference this company is TRASH!!! We hired them throw my dads hospital for and they told us that they have an experienced staff witch is a BIG LIE their staff is a third party contractor most of them know nothing they didn’t even know how to do the basics not to mention their equipment was bought from Walgreens just an over the counter equipment very unprofessional main reason they were hired to drain my dads fluid they didn’t even know what the drain portal was for PLEASE AVOID THEM... read more
