Jennifer called and confirmed my appt at 9:00am Saturday 6/28/14; gave my seat to someone else, crossed my name from the list, didn't event know that I was still there until I asked.. Then came up,with excuses.. Next time if you made mistake, just admit it, apologize and move on.. It's better that way than making excuses! Made this appt 6 months ago... How could this be so difficult to keep? If scheduling is not Jennifer best thing to do, please ask someone else to do it so your practice will not lose more customers.
