I am giving three stars for several reasons. On the positive side, the staff are incredibly kind! They also managed to fit my husband in for an emergency appointment and listened to our concerns. However, there were a few issues: they did not prescribe my husband a sufficiently strong antibiotic. Despite a call to the emergency line to discuss our options, we were told to wait three days, as the pain was considered normal and he should wait for his scheduled appointment in 10 days. Another great appointment today at Light Dental Studios of Lincoln District! Dr. Trieu and Emma are fantastic! I consistently receive quality and painless care here. The location is really convenient, close to freeway access with a good amount of parking.
Dr Trieu and Emma are Amazing and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an insurance issue and they were very understanding and helped me through it.
I went in for a cleaning today and was welcomed with a smile by David at the front desk. I was a former patient of Dr Valentine for over a decade so I did not know what to expect with the new Light Studios dental group. They made me feel very welcomed and the onboarding process was seamless. Emma was my dental assistant and she was super funny and friendly. Dr Trieu was my dentist and she was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I had an awesome experience and hope that this place can become my permanent dentist.
