I called twice on a day that they are open (Wednesday) and no one will answer. All I got was a recording after 15 rings saying they are open 9-5 on Wednesday. I called at 4:30.
I would never recommend this store to anyone. They were paid to build me a custom neon sign. After about 6 weeks of waiting, I was delivered a neon sign that was of absolutely horrible craftsmanship, so it was returned to the store to be redone (took another 6 weeks). This time, I got back a better sign, but now some of the neon tubing has internal flaws that were not there at first (voids in the color).
