I had a leak in my laundry room. called Lifetime Exteriors late Saturday afternoon. We ser an appointment for Monday. ****** was on time to the minute, looked at where is was leaking. went up on the roof, came down with pics. the cap on the stack came off. ****** went back up, put the cap back on with extra nails so it a was secure. Josh at Lifetime Xteriors is top notch. Our roof had an issue and we called Josh to look at it. He found the issue right away and fixed it fast. He's honest, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We are looking forward in working with him for adding some ventilation in our attic.
We contacted Lifetime Xteriors because we needed a roof inspection at an investment property we have under contract. We recently drove by and noticed a change in the condition from the last time we saw it. Josh was able to meet me at the time the tenants requested which I greatly appreciated, as access to the property has been challenging.
