I am a Realtor in the Chicagoland area. During a buyers inspection we found that the bathroom fan had a leak. I called Lifetime Xteriors to come take a look. **** was out to the property quickly to assess the situation. He called with the best solution and we were able to have the repair project scheduled before my clients purchased the home so they were worry free when moving in. Lifetime Xteriors is professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

**** was so nice and helpful to work with. Resubmitted with documentation on previous Denied claim and got approval for full replacements. Work was fast , efficient, quality and perfectly cleaned up afterwards. Did not know **** before but feel like *** gained a trusted friend. You wont be disappointed . He keeps his word. ***

I called Lifetime exteriors after having a roof repair completed by another company that continued to leak. **** and the team are true professionals. They came out the next day, evaluated the incorrect repair and quickly found a cost effective solution. I wish I would of called these guys first. ****** learned! No more leaks!!! The guys at Lifetime are the best!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and integrity of Joshua and his company. He invested the time to get us an excellent roof and work with our insurance company. He showed considerable insight through many years of experience with roofing. He and his crew were thoughtful and skilled in every step they took to give us a new roof. I also have a huge garden that borders all sides of my home, and they did not harm one branch or leaf! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great company. Extremely communicative and very professional. They replaced my soffit and fascia siding, increased the ventilation in the *****/roof, and did a complete tear off of the roof. The guys who did the siding were real pros. The cuts and miters are beautiful. The roof part of the project was completed in one (long) day. Our roof recently started leaking and a friend recommended Lifetime Exteriors after having used them for a new roof. I called and **** came out when he said he would inspecting my roof from both the attic and outside. **** explained his findings and gave us his recommendations. We set up a date and time for the work to be done. The crew came as scheduled and did a very good job taking off the old roof and putting the new roof on. After the recent storms I had concerns about my roof condition. They came out quickly and were able to inspect and uncover issues I would never of known about had they not come out. They provide pictures and explain the proper repairs required and completed the work in a timely and professional manner.
